Football: So. Cal natives on ASU roster energized for USC

Richardson is one of many ASU players from the Los Angeles area. There are more players on the ASU roster from California than from the Grand Canyon State. When the Devils face USC at Sun Devil Stadium, a great number of players will have extra motivation to win the game.

Football: Offensive coordinator responsible for USC's rebirth

USC quarterback Matt Leinart (pictured) will try to continue the success the Trojan offense saw last season under offensive coordinator Norm Chow and Heisman winner Carson Palmer. When one thinks of USC's resurrection from mediocrity to domination, it is not often realized that behind the scenes is one of the most successful offensive coordinators in the history of college football: Norm Chow.

They had pushed the Marlins to the edge, because going down 2-0 in such a short playoff series is almost always tantamount to elimination.
